A California native, Kimberly Fedele-Kaye moved to Las Vegas with her family at a young age, where she later began her journey into the world of dance. She started her formal training at the Trinity Conservatory of Performing Arts at the age of 15, specializing in Ballet and Modern dance. Despite starting her training later than most, Kimberly decided to pursue a career in dance. 

Her academic journey began at the College of Southern Nevada, where she trained under Kelly Roth and was deeply involved in the dance program for nearly two years. She then transferred to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance and Choreography. At UNLV, Kimberly trained under esteemed professionals such as Dolly Kelepecz and Louis Kavouras, who helped refine her artistry and deepen her understanding of dance. During her collegiate years, Kimberly developed a profound passion for addressing the mental health challenges faced by dancers. Inspired by this realization, she dedicated herself to making a positive impact on her local dance community, ultimately leading to the creation of Elemental Dance Company.

She founded Elemental Dance Company out of a desire to create a space where dance is more than just a performance; it's a form of expression, connection, and healing. She wanted to build a company that prioritizes artistry, community, and personal growth, allowing dancers to explore movement deeply while engaging audiences with meaningful stories. Kim's goal has always been to support dancers, spark conversations, and inspire change through the transformative power of dance. 

Kedric Bateman was born in Salt Lake City, Utah in January of 1996; he then moved to California in 2001 where he became interested in dance. He began training in ballet and tap in 2006 at Media City Ballet in Burbank, CA. In 2008, his family relocated to Henderson, NV, where he auditioned to be in Las Vegas Academy’s Dance Department. 

He fell in love with many modern dance styles, but nothing felt more natural to him than Horton. Kedric was trained by Thomas DiSabato (Horton), Tara Foy (ballet), and Jeneane Huggins (Graham). During his sophomore year of high school, he was competing at Inspire Dance Company, directed by Robert Contreras. There, he progressed in improvisation, hip-hop, ballet training, and post-modern movement. He then became a professional company member with Contemporary West Dance Theatre in June, 2018. Kedric has been in many roles within the Company such as “Shards” choreographed by Donald Byrd, “Fraternus” choreographed by Bernard H. Gaddis and “Night Creature” Choreographed by Mr. Alvin Ailey, and many more. Many touring opportunities were given over the years including cities like New York, Virginia, Utah, Chicago & Texas.

 After 7 years in the company it was time for him to move forward in different artistic endeavors and is continuing to adapt new styles of movement and grow each day to be an inspiration to the new generation of dancers by incorporating analytical movement within a rhythmic way. He is extremely grateful and blessed for the support his family and dance teachers over the years.
