Join us June 27–28, 2026, for Elemental Dance Company’s Third Annual Choreographers Showcase, Threads: an evening of contemporary dance celebrating creativity, collaboration, and human connection.

In collaboration with local artists, Threads explores the invisible connections woven through our shared experiences. Through movement and storytelling, choreographers examine themes of mental health, vulnerability, resilience, healing, and the emotional journeys that shape us.

Each work offers a unique perspective on struggle, growth, transformation, and the ways our stories intersect. Together, these pieces create space for reflection, empathy, and deeper understanding.

At its core, Threads is both a performance and a conversation. One that aims to reduce stigma surrounding mental health while celebrating the power of art to help us connect, process, and heal.
